Installation and maintenance

Meccanica Italia guarantees installation and standard maintenance, diagnostics, repairing and testing of systems, plants and technical equipment.

The highly qualified staff carries out technical interventions at the customer’s request, taking into account the complexity of each type of industrial plant that may require uncommon specialized interventions for the set-up, standard maintenance, repairing and decommissioning of production equipment.

The technicians are constantly trained to:

• Know the current workplace safety regulations and the techniques and methods of using protective equipment;
• Install thermo-hydraulic and electrical equipment, both in civil and industrial plant engineering;
• Know the construction characteristics, components and operation of mechanical and electrical systems, the use and application of PLCs in systems;
• Have computer skills in order to be able to draw and relate electrical and thermohydraulic diagrams;
• Correctly use measurement, control and diagnostic tools, perform adjustments of industrial and civil equipment;
• Manage the operation, testing and maintenance of production processes;
• Manage warehouse stocks and procurement processes;
• Act in the quality system, find technical and technological resources to provide efficient and effective services.
